Finished Another Thing - Behold My Stuff

anne_dThis is what I've been working on all week. The batty stuff was there first, including the plush bats hanging from the ceiling. I like bats. I redid the middle and bottom shelves and some of the side nooks to display my Halloween miniatures and some of the maneki neko. The vintage needlebooks and cards of snaps on the back wall are left over from the previous display of vintage sewing stuff, Lego minifigs etc. I still like looking at them so they get to stay. I'm especially fond of the ATOMIC rocketship needlebook.
The felt cone witches were kits from Artgirlz; most of the Halloween decor came from Michael's. I've been collecting the minis for a few years now. I was displaying them on the table for our future train layout, but this year Paul objected. Too bad, now I can enjoy them all year round.
Today I moved other things from one shelf to another and made a pile to pack up. Tomorrow I will hang my new bat mobile from the ceiling with the other mobiles and fairies and bats, and it'll be done. At least until I get another great idea.
