Pocket Amulet Beads

So, this is what I spent the morning playing with.
I took apart the amulet bracelet I carry in my purse, in a little silk bag, and reworked it on 4-ply Irish waxed linen thread.
From the front:

And the back (because the charms have cool stuff on both sides):

Design inspired by Eleanor Wiley's pocket prayer beads.
Top: Eleanor Wiley Sacred Wheel of Peace, tiger-in-hand ojime bead, Green Girl Studio pewter winged heart bead (the back says "Follow").
Strands, top to bottom of the first photo: Amethyst goddess bead, Bali silver spacer bead, quartz moon; Green Girl Studio eye charm (the back says "Seek"), green raku ebeads and carved wood bead; azurite bead, turquoise bear fetish, Bali spacer, quartz star; Green Girl Studio pewter harpy charm (there's a star on the back), green raku beads and carved wood bead.
Once the glue dries on all the knots, it goes back in the little silk bag in my purse. With any luck, I'll remember it's there to fiddle with when I get stressed next time (and there's always a next time, with stress). I'm reasonably pleased, although I think I may need a bigger little silk bag.

I just heard from Paul, who is also watching Countdown. Hee.
He says the salesmen are all crazy and want to spend the evening getting drunk. Bob Sipowicz (I'm guessing at the spelling) took him to visit Bob's uncle and Bob's favorite store in the world, something called Bass World, instead.
