Bird stuff

A hummingbird on the feeder. A very chill hummingbird, who sat there and drank while I took not-very-good photos from a few feet away. (I tweaked the contrast a bit so it's more clear).
Two views of a nest Paul found near the bamboo, in my hand for scale. I did a bit of research, and Emily confirmed from the photos that it's probably a lesser goldfinch nest. Which means that the cutest birds in the yard are thriving and raising babies in our yard, squeeeee*!
