Embroidered From the Heart class

I finished All The Hearts, so here's a photo of the lot. The colors are a bit brighter in real life, but you can get the general idea.


The class was Christen Brown's Embroidered From the Heart. Materials: Felt, thin cotton batting, iron-on interfacing, embroidery floss and size 8 perle cotton, sequins, charms and seed beads (mostly 11/0, a little 12/0 and 10/0 where I didn't have the right color in 11/0).



The big pink and purple one, second from the right on the bottom row, is the one I extrapolated from a photo. I haven't put hangers on them yet because I haven't decided how I'm going to display them. I'm thinking of stringing several at a time, with beads and maybe a crystal at the bottom, and hanging them in my studio windows. For now, though, they can sit in a basket.
