Here I am, back from my trip to the sewing machine repair guy and my spa morning, only to discover that the server upon which the S3 resides is, apparently, as dead as John Cleese's parrot. Ack! I need my vicarious gossip!

Any S'cubies who happen across this post, feel free to hang around here until Proboards gets their revive-from-the-dead spell working. I'm going to get some lunch.

Hi Anne,

Glad I found this. I went to check the board and it was all "cannot find server." So then the only LJ name I could recall was beccaelizabeth but she didn't have anything about S3 missing. So then I started looking through her friends' names to find someone else I might know.

And voila!

I never did IM you to say I got Nan's books. (I did post). I haven't started on them as we go to the beach Friday so I've been saving them to read there. But I'll be careful with them.

Well, I guess I should get back to work. If the board stays down for very long I'll check back here.

Of course. But I don't have any entries or any friends. I just did it because for a while there it seemed like I couldn't access some of the fic. (Simply by not being an LJ member.)
