anne_dAnother progress report arrived from the high school. Kitty, who is reading Stephen Jay Gould, is getting a D+ in English. Again. It says she's missing major assignments and in danger of failing.
I emailed her teacher, because I have no idea what's going on, and neither does Kitty. She's done and turned in all the essays and projects I know about.
That, and the back spasms I've been having since this morning, have pretty much destroyed the remains of my good mood.
I will, however, try not to fall into the pit again...
There is one silly thing - Hillary Clinton, whom I admire, has a poll on her website - help choose her official campaign song. How do I know this? I get newsalerts for anything that mentions KT Tunstall, and "Suddenly I See" is on the list. So I went and voted. Hee.
